Where the pain is at

Oh crap... I'm on time

The comic is actually up early today. Early in relation to the time it's been going up for the past few updates. Rejoice.

Just a heads up, the new site design is almost finished. Barring any unforseen circumstances (involving fez-wearing monkeys) it should make its debut this weekend. This means you can expect some site downtime though. The forums aren't going anywhere, so you can still swing by those, but make sure you read Friday's comic on Friday, because otherwise you might not get a chance until Monday.

It is definite. I will be at ConnectiCon. I booked my hotel room today, and am in the process of reserving my table space. I will be driving down to CT on July 17th, and I'll be there straight through the 20th. If you're in reasonable traveling distance, I urge you to attend of of the three days. Not only will you get to meet me and get some signed stuff if you want, but it looks like it's shaping up to be a great show, with comic books, video games, anime, and more. Brian Clevinger of 8-Bit Theater will be there, along with Woody Hearn of GU Comics. I'm nowhere near in the ballpark of the same league as these guys, and they'll have more fans, and more publicity and better art than I will, but I'll still be there, stuck in the corner somewhere with my little table. It looks like it's going to be a lot of fun, and who knows, maybe you'll even have a chance to hit up some bars with me after the show and watch me get drunk.
