A comic seems to have appeared out of nowhere. Go figure.

So in case you happened to miss the major updates that went on over the weekend, allow me to recap.

The Ctrl+Alt+Del Store had a veritable explosion of product. The first T-Shirts of the new CAD Apparel line have debuted with some noteable success. There are currently cast member shirts for Ethan, Lucas, Lilah, Ted and Chef Brian. There will eventually be an addition for Scott, but I don't have an ETA.

The shirts are available in three colors, Blue, Black and Green, and from sizes small to 2XL. There is no option to purchase 2XL yet, but they are available for an extra $2.00. If you require this size, please email me.

Pre-orders for the shirts are going great, and I want to thank you all for your support. I'm going to wait through the weekend to give people a chance to order, since pre-ordering is the easiest way to gaurantee immediate availability of the size/color combination you desire. I'm then going to send the order to the printer and get you all your shirts. Also, I will be drawing a limited edition, signed cast print for those that preorder, and including them with the shipments, so get those orders in! Pre-orders end on Monday the 25th!

Also, a version of the Ten Commandments poster that debuted at Otakon 2003 is also available for purchase in the store, though it is also in pre-order status and am not sure when it will ship.

Also, the Bios page got a much needed update. I'll flesh that section out with better pics and more info at a later date, but what's there should tide you over for now.

I also have a couple of other things to bring to your attention. First is Sam and Fuzzy! Go there! Sam is a good friend of mine, and his comic is much more hilarious than most stuff you'll find anywhere else on the internet. And you know what's tragic? He's not as popular as he should be! So guess what you can do for me?! Go to his site, read his comics, laugh out loud and click on his vote button. If you guys can make Sam email me saying "Holy crap! Look at all these votes I got!", then I'll make you all a really spiffy new Ctrl+Alt+Del wallpaper! Deal? Good.

Also, some of you may be interested in this site. It's a non-profit organization battling to protect your rights to share music and files online, and strike agreements with recording artists. It's a touchy subject, one that you'll decide one way or the other on, but either way I think this site is a good source of information on the subject.

And finally, Digital Entertainment News is running a contest where they'll give you lots of free shit if you win! Go! Now!

Virus Scanners and Virtua Fighters

You guys need to update, seriously. This is starting to be a movement amongst webcomics people, and after checking my email today, I'm gonna have to ask the CAD readers once again to go download some Anti-Virus software, and run it once fully updated. I love getting email from you guys, but if it weren't for the fact that I check my mail with a Macintosh, I would be deluged with viruses. So please, update your scanners, as a service to us and others.

Anyway, I just got this game in the newly released Evolution form, which comes on a tasty silver DVD-ROM for my PS2's consumption. I love it, it is quite possibly better than Soul Calibur 2, in terms of gameplay. I regret not being able to play VF4 in its original incarnation, but my PlayStation 2 does this thing, where I put in a blue PS2 CD-ROM, and it immediately starts making horrible grinding noises. Doesn't do it with DVDs, or PS1 games, just the blue PS2 discs. I wouldn't mention the problem if I didn't have a serious Rez jones going on (played it twice, it was so good it made me numb, no joke.) Anyway, VF4 Evolution is an amazing game, well worth the $20 price of admission. I can understand that some players of the original won't want to buy what is essentially an expanded version of the same thing. But yeah, yeah, Lei Fei is 133t Personified and all that. Go buy it. And if you know what will solve my problems with PS2 blue discs, or a place to get a copy of Rez, email me

Until next time, peace, love, and video games.
