Happy Winter-een-mas!

Our gaming holiday has begun, my friends. As I mentioned earlier in the month, for the week of Winter-een-mas, I will be updating the comic every day, as my gift to you. Though, as I realized yesterday (and subsequently kicked myself for), the last day of Winter-een-mas is a Thursday, and Friday and Saturday are regular update days. So technically I'll be updating nine days in a row.

I'm going to be pretty busy over the next week, and probably won't have much free time, so I'm not going to schedule any gaming events this year like I did last year. Though if I do manage to get ahead in work at all, or find some free time, I may come up with some stuff last minute, so keep an eye on the front page. At the very least I'll try to organize a naked run through WoW at some point in the week or something.

I've been getting a lot of great WEMas emails the past couple of weeks, from people planning their celebrations. I'm always impressed by the ways people come up with to decorate and generally celebrate to holiday. Don't forget to hit the WEMas forums to connect with other people planning celebrations, both on and offline.

Mmm mmm justice.

It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Britanny and I saw Cloverfield this afternoon. Though the movie has been out for over a week, I'd managed to avoid any spoilers about. I really liked the movie. I thought that the hand-cam perspective added an intensity that made the whole movie, and wouldn't have been achieved otherwise.

Shawn Handyside gave me a heads up to keep an eye on the background in the last scene, so I went in with that in mind, and I still missed it. I had to come home and look up what I was supposed to have seen.

Pretty good movie though.
